Nail polish review: Butter - Branwen’s Feather. Looks deep purple in the bottle but wears as a black with a purple glow. Beautiful!

I began with an undercoat of nail hardener as my nails are brittle and haven’t been growing strong. I then applied a thin coat of polish which left me very disheartened; it was very light and the coverage wasn’t great. Grey and dull. I waited a few minutes and applied a second coat. This is when the color really picked up! The coverage was great and real depth of the color came through. 1st coat was a flat grey with sporadic purple glow. With the 2nd coat the black deepened and the purple really shone through. Overall I am happy with the coverage, the drying time could be better but it’s a great excuse to sit on the couch and have some time for myself!
